Fly Safe – The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) mandate is to protect the public by effectively and efficiently screening air travellers and their baggage at designated airports in Canada. Related to this is the screening of non-passengers and vehicles entering restricted areas of the airport not accessible to the public.
