Delfresh Mushrooms

Bigger is Better –  In 2009 a fire destroyed the original compost facility and caused an estimated $4 million in damages.  This new and improved compost facility will produce high quality substrate for Delfresh-Avina Mushrooms.
 

The proven mushroom compost technology utilizes straw, poultry manure and gypsum, processed in this spacious new 18,000 sq.ft. MegaDome® Working Hall, and then composted in the adjoining high capacity concrete bunkers.
