Composting Facility - This model XP 60' x 230' turn key system, encloses a transform 10,000 ton per year, 4 channel in-vessel compost system for farm wastes. 
Eight foot high concrete retaining push walls and an open ended LP-80 MegaDome x 240 ' long, with an asphalt floor, provides simple but cost effective covered storage for dairy manure composting and soil mixing.
With a floor area of nearly 2 acres, the twin model XP-80 MegaDomes facility is the largest rick composting operation in the world. The structure features hot-dipped galvanized steel trusses for long term performance. The space between the structures is utilized for a biofilter system featuring the patented AirFloor™ system.
